The Simvip Media Center website was founded in 2000 as a simple The Sims fan site and through the years, the team decided to become a "sims-series" site. Marcelo "MM" or just "MM" was known as the first director of web-sims-series in Brazil. Now the series team is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary and then we've decided to "recreate everything".

In english (Mars Attacks) was the first MM's production, reaching youtube on May 1st, 2005. This series was produced with The Sims 2 (base game) and the plot was fun: a Martian boy called Jack Pale was lost in a small city called Simland, on Earth (for sure) and he had to cover his real identity to be safe. With some crazy irreverence and a great team of voice actors, MM leads the plot in a great way!

We know that in english "Pimp" sounds awkward, but in brazilian portuguese this term was a slang for that guy that loves clubbing with friends without facing lines at the entrance, v.i.p. access to the Dj booth and all the best things that nightlife can offer. On July 20th, 2006, Simvip brought its team back to create a full 10 episodes series about Josh and Zac, the two most pimp guys on Simland! With funny situations, the series shows the guys that used to love the "single-life" become in love with the most incredible and independent girls: Jane and Bia. Including a "Halloween Episode" the series hit 400k views!

On May 22nd, 2009, Simvip was the first website to broadcast its new series called Tandy, totally produced with The Sims 3. Unfortunately, one of the lead actors had to move to other city, what makes impossible to keep the project happening.

Now, 5 years later, and 5 million views in its youtube channel, Simvip has decided to come back with some new projects: NIK and FRIENEMY. Created with The Sims 4. (4sure!!!)

The plot tells the story about a private detective obsessed with the bizarre disappearance of his older brother, Joe (a policeman). With no real information about his brother's whereabouts, Nik decides to track Joe's last steps and this way he starts to collect clues that the police did not delivered (or chose not to), in their official reports.

At this time, near to the 10th Simvip's anniversary, the team has decided to unite forces with one of the biggest brazilian The Sims website: Alala Sims, merging into a new website called "The Simseries".

And last, but not least, we are delivering a new powerful version of our well know webshow "Simpost 4.0". All the news and information about Sims will be there soon! The show launchs in July, 2014.
